BEHIND THE SMILE

Victoria a lover of God
She is highly talented.
An outspoken lady with a lot of values attached to her.
Her dissection into God's words can create a passion to grow deeper.
Her commitment towards God's work can motivate you to be committed.
Her worship is a Floodgate of Heaven, it draws the presence of God and people don't even want to leave the atmosphere..

Victoria is a lady who gets a lot of praises from people because her result speaks.

"Oh!... Sister Victoria, I thank God for your life and what he is doing through you.....You look elegant ....I love you dressing ...Nice hair and shoe MA..."

She usually receive lots of compliments from people, with a warm smile to reply.. .."Thank you"....

But there's one thing people fail to say..HOW HAVE YOU BEEN?.....Yes, they didn't ask because they believe she is surely doing fine.. They are only concerned about how they are getting blessed and how she is growing in Christ but failed to recognize that their Sister Victoria is struggling and fighting within her but covers it up with a smile ...

There are many fake smiles
Many are weak behind the smile
Many are struggling behind the smile
Many are weeping behind the smile
Many are fighting behind the smile
A lot of things are going on behind the smile.. I'm sure you may be wondering why people fake things so much,it's actually not their fault because we live in a society whereby people help people in faking things.
Yes, we are usually concerned with the things we see, what of those we don't see... Do you ask about it???
Who could have known Victoria is going through pains... Only if we can ask about their well-being, their life... What have been going on with them...
Though, at first, she might say that she is fine but she needs the person to press harder and make her feel comfortable that she can  open up to but all she has got was; "you are looking good, nice hair" etc..
All the comments are great but enough of it...
She was dying gradually but no one saw that...
She was loosing her self worth but nobody saw that
She was fading gradually no one saw that..
Not everyone you see that is always smiling or looking good are actually fine, there might be tears behind the smile... People can fake their look and smile but I tell you they can't fake their pain because it is real and it hit them day by day.

Also opening up to someone is not always easy because you might feel or think..
"What would he/she think of me?
I don't think he/she would believe me?
I am putting my burden on him/her"...and so on
Questions like that could have been flowing through your mind just like Victoria... But you need to open up, choose someone you can confide in. Let the person know what is going on in your life and seek for advice.. You never can know maybe the person has also passed through what you are facing until you give a try to open up..
Pray that God lead you to choose the right person and also the person advising,pray to God never to speak of your own wisdom...God should help you to lead them right.

**Let's be determined to help heal people's pain,enough of assisting them to fake things..*
*Let's check up on people to know how they are doing ...what is happening in their lives??*
**And also let's pray for them*
*I know this is not going to be an easy task but if we are really going to be part of* *their success you must help to ease the pain ...*

*Never think everyone is GOOD,.... Remember VICTORIA the vibrant lady* .

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm. A daily reminder To be yourself, To not care what people think, To know you can be anything. To love yourself, To not hurt yourself, To not work yourself up.
