ONCE UPON A TIME

PART 3 Sis Blessing prayed to God to continually strength her whenever she was about to give up. That God continually fill her up, direct her and more of him as she picked her pen and book to write out her vision and mission. Sis Nkechi kept crying and asking God Why? As she prayed like never before. Her invitations kept reducing till she didn't have any and she does not have the boldness to go back to her church. She decided to stay indoor till God reveal where went wrong. During the period of her personal retreat, God revealed to her how she missed it. He said “ Your forgot your source, your place of grooming and place of purpose. The moment your left the church, your left your purpose, your place and *you became a Once upon a time, an history.*  You are in the church for kingdom advancement and a lot of people have gone back to the world because of you. You were so in love with people calling you a minister and with the honorarium that you forget to honour and acknowl...

ONCE UPON A TIME

PART 2 Everything began to change slowly. Her or the people, who could that be? Sis Nkechi could not reject invitation letters from other churches as she appointed an Assistance in the church because she was not regular anymore. She neglected the aspect of service to God and commitment to assignments... Hmmmm She assumed being a minister was her purpose, forgetting the place where God groomed her. The pastor was not happy and she could not text or call him to make him know the reasons she hasn't been around. She forgot her purpose of being in the church and choir department. The church population began to decrease but thank God the faithful and committed ones stayed. Those who found their purpose of being there and not just because of Sis Nkechi. The Assistance, Sis Blessing grew more in understanding, knowledge, wisdom and revelation as God dealt with her. She was an anointed minstrel. She sang as began directed and she followed every instruction by her partner, Holy Spirit....

ONCE UPON A TIME

PART 1 Sis Nkechi was a music minister that moves with  the presence of God. It was a time of overflow for her and whenever she sings, miracles, testimonies filled the lives of the people. Every one loved to stay under her ministration. Even her pastor  could see the greatness of God in her life as he appointed her as the Music Director (MD) of the church. The population of the church increased daily as the church could not occupy them all and more member decided to join the choir department as they fell in love with her voice and personality. A voice that carries the presence and power of God. Few among the guys that joined the choir department began to loose focus as they fell in lust with Sis Nkechi but she never noticed them because she was so engrossed with her assignment with God. She loved everyone with an agape love as there was no space in her heart for anybody at that moment. She was called to various church and programs to minister as her life became a role mode...

SILENCE

“Forever, the pain had made me hidden. I could not talk about it to anybody, neither did my closest friend knew about it but it was a pity that my mother who knew about it, joined the association of shutting the voice. How could my mother, be part of those who ended my future and dreams just because of her selfish interest. Everyday of my life, I grew with my voice shut. I lost my social interest, my friends, my self esteem. I became depressed, mentally disarrayed, pitiful, emotional dead and heartless, as I began to work on my revenge and the days remaining to execute my plans. I cried silently to stop my voice from being heard each time he came into my room. The monster who called himself my step father and my mother who was always aware of how he raped me, I  had no courage to talk. Moreover, who else can believe me? If my mother was there to watch me pass through all these. My step father didn't only silenced my voice, he murdered it by getting me married forcefully ...
