NEVER STOP BEING YOU


Dear Sisters, 

I know, sometimes the season seems hard and unbearable. 
I know, you are wondering when will you also do something tangible that worth celebration.
I know you are trying but all your efforts isn't seen...
I know it's frustrating to feel you do so much and you still feel stagnant...
I know, nobody sees those midnight tears and energy you put to your work yet, it seems like it's not enough...
I know you are passing through so many things but I want to let you know, the season might be testing, the storm might be high and hard but NEVER GIVE UP ON YOURSELF.

Never stop caring about the little things in life. Never stop dreaming, and don't give into strife.
Never stop wondering are you on our own. Never stop thinking has your spirituality grown.

Never stop building bridges that lead to better tomorrows. Never stop trying, and don't give into sorrow. Never stop feeling amazed at the beauty that surrounds you. Never stop hearing the music, and don't give into the blues.

Never stop pushing away negative thoughts that make you feel sad. Never stop looking at all the miracles you have had. Never stop loving the ones you hold dear. Never stop giving, and don't give into the fear.

Never stop smiling, but look forward to each new day. Never stop shining in your own special way.
Never forget that all storms will clear. Remember brighter tomorrows are always near.

So, don't give up on you. Keep pushing,
Keep pressing,
Keep following God,
Keep praying,
Keep singing,
Keep studies,

You are God masterpiece and you can be the better version of your only if, you don't give up on yourself.

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. Lolz, 2 bags of cement. A DAILY REMINDER

I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm. A daily reminder To be yourself, To not care what people think, To know you can be anything. To love yourself, To not hurt yourself, To not work yourself up. This is a daily reminder That you are beautiful, That you can be hardworking  That you are amazing, That you will succeed. To always have hope, To have faith, To know everything will be okay. A daily reminder That you have made it so far already, That you haven't given up, And you are going to be amazing. Don't give up.
