What do you know about Pain? What experience do you have concerning shame, struggles, etc.

It's so painful that most people, are passing through pains, difficulties, etc and they have refused to let it out but, who can we blame, when we are not God that sees the heart of people. 

Except God touches the heart of the person to speak to you or unless He reveals it to you, who can know or see it all? God

What exactly are you clothed with? 

Dear sisters,
Don't hide your pain beneath the cloth. Some of our sisters, are clothed in pains but the spiritual mind, won't allow them speak out.

What are you clothed with? Struggles.

Some are struggling in every aspect of their lives that they don't know who they are anymore because they are clothed in pain, struggle, disappointments, heartbreaks, etc.

I know you are a star in holding unto pains but for how long do you want to keep doing this and hoping that someone should notice you?

It's time, to fight for your freedom, don't be a slave to whatever you are clothed with:- pains, shame, disappointments, etc. Whatever it is, you can scale through it and if you are ready to do that, speak out to God or speak out to someone you trust enough and you know.

Don't hide in silence
You are struggling with your spiritually life. Speak out
You are in pains because of what happened to you or your family, Speak out
You are ashamed of what you did in that relationship and you are having guilty conscious, Speak out!

Peace of Mind is a great medicine and only few knows the application because they are clothed in pains. It's time to tell God and tell someone worthy and you trust around you. Take the step of speaking out or messaging the person, God has fixed in your mind. He is ready to fix you up! Who knows, your helper might have been prepared and just waiting for you to speak out. Don't postpone or delay the time. Do it now!

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. Lolz, 2 bags of cement. I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm. A daily reminder To be yourself, To not care what people think, To know you can be anything. To love yourself, To not hurt yourself, To not work yourself up.
