RESTLESS


Some days ago, I was having an exam and I was feeling restless, not because I wasn't prepared but because I wanted to write the exam and set myself free of sleepless nights, so that I can have Rest.

Same way most of us are feeling restless even as christian soldiers because of hidden sins

You know that relationship isn't good for you but you are managing it, with everything that comes with it. You need to leave so that you can have your Rest

You love someone else but you are in a relationship and you don't know how to tell the guy how you feel. You need to let it out so that you can be free 

You are a committed sister in the church but you are restless because of the hidden sin, extra baggages you are carrying, you need to let it out so that you can be free 

You want a better life for yourself but you know, you are not doing it the right way. You need to let go of the illegal way and be free

You are in a serious relationship but deeply within you, you know you have not being truthful to the guys and you want to be free. Say the truth and have your Rest

Most time you think you are waiting for the right time,
What if the right time doesn't have a time. Every day, is an opportunity to get better and become a better person.
So reach out and settle everything that is making you free RESTLESS you need to be free.

There's a joy knowing you are free from whatever holding you down and everyone deserves this Joy
Don't let fear or negative thoughts deprive you of your JOY

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. A DAILY REMINDER

I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm.
