EMBRACE IT


"Joke, this phrase is too much for me to bear. Everyone keeps telling me to hold on but for how long? I don't think I can hold on again"Busayo said

"Hmmm..My sister, I understand you perfectly. I might not be feeling the pain but I have been there. Trust me, everything is going to be fine" Joke said

"I hear this literally everything and I kept holding unto these words but nothing has changed. Why? Why is it taking too long for God to change this? I am tired and I can't even keep up again.

I am tired of eyeservice,
I am tired of acting up,
I am tired of waiting for too long,
I am tired of thinking all will be well.

I just want everything to be well. I sincerely desire this and also, at the same time, I am tired of staying for too long" Busayo said as she sighed

"Bussy [short form of Busayo], I know you might not understand now but God surely have a plan for you. Things might not come the way you expected it because God doesn't move in our time, He moves in His time and at the right time, things will fall in place. Don't give up" Joke said as she hugged her.

Things might not fall the exact way or time you want it too but God sure have a plan for you. He didn't create you to leave you stranded.

EMBRACE every process and learn from it. Some pains are there to birth things. Not every pains came to pull you down. Learn from it and move on to the next phase.

I know it can be so tiring waiting on a particular thing for too long but don't let that determine your trust and faith in God.

Hold unto Him, the victory is yours!

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. Lolz, 2 bags of cement. I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm.
