TRAP

Be careful not to give up on that vision God gave you.
Be careful not to get too busy doing that which God has committed to your hands.
Be careful not to feel you have done enough and you need to rest
Be careful not to stop that assignment just because of your new job
It's a trap!!!

Satan will make you see reasons why you are not doing that assignment committed to you because of busyness but he won't make you see reason why to create time for your vision. 

Then the generations attached to those visions will be waiting and you are still getting busy.

Please, let's be careful in all our doings, create time for that Vision committed to you.
Don't get too busy...

Sometimes, getting busy is a trap to distract you from those assignments and vision committed to you.

Watch out and beware!

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg.
