SISTERS

Many at times, especially during the time when you think that you are almost at the point of doing something great for once and you felt so sure that this is it but, something's just happened and the whole desire, zeal and passion you have for such thing just goes down

At that point, many thoughts will keep running through your mind...

Am I cursed? Are the village people really with me? Can I ever do something great with my life? Can anything good come out of me this year? Why do I feel like such a loser?

Yes, you were almost at the peak of getting it right, but it didn't happen . Especially when you think that will be your breakthrough starting point.

Dear Sisters,
Jesus felt the same way at the time to be crucified but He said "Not my will but yours be done". 

This is from someone that knew it before it happened "Let this cup run over me". Sometimes, it will be hard accepting whatever it's going on. At some point, you might think, Yes, I know it's for a purpose. Another moment you will be in tears crying "Why me Lord?"

I have come to tell you dearies, there's no success without a story. Some of it comes with pains. Even a gold passed through refining process before it becomes something beautiful to behold .

Trust the process dear, learn from it and ensure you don't give up. YOU ARE NEXT TO TESTIFY.

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. Lolz, 2 bags of cement. I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm. A daily reminder To be yourself, To not care what people think, To know you can be anything. To love yourself, To not hurt yourself, To not work yourself up. This is a daily reminder That you are beautiful, That you can be hardworking  That you are amazing, That you will succeed. To always have hope, To have faith, To know everything will be okay.
