WEAR THE CROWN


"How do you expect me to wear the crown when it hurts?
Aren't you seeing what is attached to it?
This crown is of thorns...

The battle of the mind has now been a serious battle
Many of us are in conflict with our minds because we do things against it,
As christians,
Don't be carried away by the current situation of the country
Don't let it push you to do things you ought not to,

Dear Sisters
The pleasure of sins,
Come with its thorn and either you like it or not,
It will come to test you and you will have it's taste 
But,
Most of you can't stand the thorn of the crown
The desire of money,
Shouldn't push you to go against your will

Nobody ever said you won't pass through trials and tribulations but,
Be of good cheers for God has overcome
He has seen this season and He is with you,
If you allow Him guide you through
Live a life worthy of emulation,
So that you can wear the crown of it's worthy

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. Lolz, 2 bags of cement.
