LOST YOUTH

Sitting down on my chair
With my book and pen on the table
Receiving several words from my mind
I kept wondering what could be wrong
What is happening to the youths?
I asked myself
Are these the leaders of tomorrow?
Who drowns their youthfulness in pits just because they are enjoying their youthful days
Who go into corrupt business(Yahoo,itunes cards, prostitution, etc) in the name of BLESSERS
Who go in search of ladies pants
Who rush into marriage(introduction and engagement, the definition of their marriage) all in the name of pregnancy
Who joyfully swim in the pool of liquors
As they are enslaved by sex
And are decorated with AIDS

Youths today are surrounded by drugs
They are filled with violence
They will hurt you for money
They enjoy relationship with benefits (sex,money,etc)
They don't care what people think or say
They are having babies out of wedlock..they tried getting rid of them but they cannot anymore
Youth today are becoming homosexuals
They don't understand and know what they want
They are committing suicide
They are joining gangs and clubs
They are suffering heartbreaks and lot more
They are lost in the world
But God is still right there trying to show them the right way.

Fellow youth,
It's time for a change
We live in a world where it's okay to put on a disguise
Where it's okay to be like others. To strike perfection
To say, “ I want to be just like the celebrities ”
Not,“I want to be me and no one else ”
Where social media has become the controller of the world, manipulating lives and destiny
Youth, we have yet to realize
The most important kind of freedom is to be who you really are
Now is not a time to be thinking negative
Believe in yourself,
Stand! Focus on that which you desire to achieve
Enough of friends influence
Enough of living without peace of mind
Enough of struggling with things that is not about you
Enough of going extra mile in search of money
Enough of being lost in the desires of the world
Money would come when you believe, know, focus and walk in who God has destined you to be
There are people who look up to you, people who believe in you and people who love you, just as God love you, so I urge you to rise
There is a great potential within you that is ready to bloom
Inside of you
There is something in there
It is so magnificent, beautiful and wonderful
It's the POWER OF YOUTH you should taste
Don't waste it, put it to good use, friend
With it, you can do lot of things
Let's not desire in smoking and drinking
Let's not desire in the use of ladies pants
Let's not desire in the prostitution as a blesser
Let's not desire in corrupt business
Let's not be enslaved by sex
Let's not desire our youthfulness in pits
All these things are bad, and they cause some terror
Why don't we move closer to God
He gave us all
Walk in holiness and serve him truly
Love one another and let's seek him early in the days of our youths
Grab the opportunity and change your ways
Let us strive for Holiness
A time will come when the whole world will end
Even if you gain the whole world indeed,
It is useless, if your ways are not right and wicked
For what shall it profit someone
If he will lose his soul for eternity

Again I tell you my beloved youth
Make a change
Use your power to repent, not offend
Everyone let us all do what we should to make this country a better one

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. A DAILY REMINDER

I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm. A daily reminder To be yourself, To not care what people think, To know you can be anything. To love yourself, To not hurt yourself, To not work yourself up. This is a daily reminder That you are beautiful, That you can be hardworking  That you are amazing, That you will succeed. To always have hope, To have faith, To know everything will be okay.
