ADVICE TO MY DEAR SISTERS 7


"You know what? I am tired, I cannot go on again. Nothing works for me? I cannot see any gain from it. Everyone has gave their advice but nothing has changed.." Bimpe said as she was worried and confused

Keep pressing, you shall be great.
Don't let power and money govern you.
Keep pressing
Don't let the things of the world get your attention. What to do, what to wear, the trend. Keep pressing 

Keep pressing to be a deliberate Christian.
Keep pressing, don't be quick to shut down. 
Keep pressing to be a voice and witness to the kingdom

In one minute, thank God for giving you Jesus.

The more you go, the greater the challenges. 
Tell me why you won't keep pressing in Christ, when He is the only one that knows you before you were formed and He knows the plans he has towards you. 

When Jesus said whosoever would follow me, shall carry their cross and follow me. On that cross there are a lot of things hang on it. 

Keep pressing in the love of Christ, his faith, words and prayers. No matter what you are facing or passing through, just keep pressing. It would become an history and testimony.

Not knowing who you following, would make your life respond to struggle. That I may know you God.

Be still...
Be calm
Don't be lousy
Don't be a Noise maker....

Give praise,
Engage in praises, thank God

Though, it might not be easy but we will keep running after Him.
We will keep getting fulfilled...

I pray God help us in Jesus Name...Amen!

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. Lolz, 2 bags of cement. I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm. A daily reminder To be yourself, To not care what people think, To know you can be anything. To love yourself, To not hurt yourself, To not work yourself up. This is a daily reminder That you are beautiful, That you can be hardworking  That you are amazing, That you will succeed. To always have hope, To have faith, To know everything will be okay.
