THE GIFT

What are you planning of receiving as a gift? What is the gift you are giving out?

Like every ladies, Jadesola was happy to have a man in her life. Someone she can share thing with and could go out with on the Valentine's day for celebration and for the gift she cannot wait to receive.

Jade looked forward to the day with lots of positivity and hope. Little did she know that it was a day that will always haunt her, anytime Valentine day is being celebrated. It was a day she kept reminding herself that she could have avoided the celebration.

Jade and Daniel had been together for two years. He asked her about her plans for the day and she told him she has none. So, he said, “We will go out today.”

“Thank God I will spend this year's Valentine with him” she muttered to herself. Her plans was to have a fun day with him and nothing more.

She woke up earlier than the usual time and tried to look best without revealing any part. With a flowery red
gown, white low heels and a silver stoned purse. She moved out of the bedroom looking all set for a glorious evening. Daniel came knocking at exactly 3:00pm. The smile and the look on his face suggested that he liked what he saw. “Wow you look radiant” he exclaimed. Without much time, she smiled back very shy and thanked him as they moved towards the car.

They really had a nice time moving from an eatery, to the cinema and she was smiling as he kept giving her surprises. Unknown to her, that he had planned a bigger gift. On their way back, he bought her things as they moved towards the house.

In no time, they were in the house; a well furnished mini flat, where they were alone in the building. They sat on the same chair not too close to each other and they kept talking about their movement, the eatery, cinema as they were laughing together. Gradually, they became so close as they felt their bodies touching each other and that was how everything happened. She lost her pride! Could this be the gift he was talking about? No! She wept profusely as she packed her things and rushed home and vowed never to see him again.

Dear Sisters,
Valentine day is a day of spreading love to everyone(agape love). The only people entitled to share sexual things are the married one. I know Valentine day can create varieties of emotions for different people.

For some, it causes the feeling of loneliness but don't let that drive you to do somethings you ought not to do.

Whether you are single or in a relationship, no matter your age or stage in life, *We are expected to celebrate it naturally without extras.* God has unconditional and indescribable love for you, John 3:16.

Valentine day can be celebrated because of God's great love. 1 John 4:8, John 15:13. Let this bible verses encourage you to celebrate. *Spread love round*.

Don't be a tool for the devil today. Watch your movement and have fun in the right way.

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm.
