*STRENGTH*

Sometimes, all you just need,
Is to put aside the dangling bomb 
And totally depend on God's Mercy and Strength
Yes,
You have been trying by,
Yourself but for how long
Will you keep trying 

Lord, at times i come to you because,
My faith is not as strong.
But in your loving arms i fall; you show me that I belong.
You carry me when i think I can't go any longer.
The love you have can only grow stronger and stronger.
With you living in my daily lives, 
You are the living God i praise.
Thank you for the goodness and showing me along my way.

At times I want to lay it all down to you, and at your feet i fall.
You show me there is a way and help me to give it all.
You give me the faith to be stronger, even though I may not know.
The things that are not of you, you help me to let go.
You are my strength, my deliverer, the rock that makes me unbroken.
You lead me to be righteous with things I feel are all unspoken.

I pray for understanding, because sometimes, 
I may stumble.
I look up to you for answers that my world may never crumble.
I know at that time you will be there to carry me through it all.
You are there to pick me up everytime 
Father, my ever living God, 
Lord, thank you for all the many blessed filled days.
Keep me so loved and comfortable; 
I am at awe with you, just amazed. 

Sometimes, all we need everyday is Confession and to reflect in His words

God has blessed us!

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. Lolz, 2 bags of cement. A DAILY REMINDER

I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm. A daily reminder To be yourself, To not care what people think, To know you can be anything. To love yourself, To not hurt yourself, To not work yourself up. This is a daily reminder That you are beautiful, That you can be hardworking  That you are amazing, That you will succeed. To always have hope, To have faith, To know everything will be okay. A daily reminder That you have made it so far already, That you haven't given up, And you are going to be amazing. Don't give up.
