HELP OF GOD


Situations will come 
Burdens can be overwhelming 
The struggles can get deep
The weight can be heavy and
Help might seems far
But,
God's helping hand, a guiding light
In times of need, a gentle might
Comforting presence, a soothing peace
A refuge from life's stormy

The help of God is in resistable 
It is total dependence where, 
We lay down everything and acknowledging,
How insufficient we are without him
With faith and trust, we call on His name
And find solace in His loving claim
Through trials and tribulations, He stands tall
A rock-solid foundation, for us all

His mercy abounds, His love shines bright
A beacon in darkness, a guiding light
In every struggle, He's near
A helper, a healer, always dear and there

In moments of doubt, He whispers low
"Fear not, for I am with you, don't you know"
His promises true, His word a guide
Illuminating paths, where shadows reside

With every step, He strengthens our way
And leads us through life's uncertain day
Through stormy nights, He keeps us safe
And brings us peace, in His loving gaze

His help is ever near, His love is strong
A shelter for life
So let us trust, in His mighty hand
And find our peace, in His loving plan

In His great love, we'll find our way
Through life's ups and downs, day by day
And when our journey ends, and our time is done
We'll find eternal peace, in Him

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. Lolz, 2 bags of cement. I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm. A daily reminder To be yourself, To not care what people think, To know you can be anything. To love yourself, To not hurt yourself, To not work yourself up. This is a daily reminder That you are beautiful, That you can be hardworking  That you are amazing, That you will succeed. To always have hope, To have faith, To know everything will be okay.
