MERCY


 *EPISODE TEN* 

“Again, his insecurities will not grand me the permission to go. God please touch his heart, this is my way out of this prison. I want to go far and show him that I am a new being and everything that happened was in the past but being here with him won’t give him the chance to see it. Lord please help me, I regret opening up to them, I am tired” Mercy cried out to God and she began to seek his face as she sang:
       “I am tired of this statusquo
         I wanna be more than this,
         I want to be more/2x
         I want to be more than this”

She kept singing and crying until her mother called her. She wiped her tears with her cloth and went outside

“Won’t you eat before we pray? Her mother asked
“No ma, I am not eating. Thank you” Mercy said and was about to go back inside her room when her father said

 “Then let’s pray because someone has to sleep” she went back sluggishly as her mother prayed and they all went to sleep
Mercy couldn’t sleep, as she prayed that God touch the heart of her father. Meanwhile, her mother wasn’t happy because she didn’t eat and was looking sad.

“Honey, please can we talk before you lay down to sleep” her mother said as they got into their room

“No because I know it’s about Mercy and my decision is final. We both know why I am doing this and it’s better she is aware now that she is not going far away than to keep dreaming of it” he said as he laid down

“I know honey but you know doing this makes her feel so bad. I think we should give her a chance, I believe she is a changed person and for the fact that she opened up to us, means she trust us. What if she hasn’t opened it? Her mother said 

“Well thank God she did. My love, is like you don’t know how this things operate. It will surely come to test her and that’s what I am avoiding" He said

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. Lolz, 2 bags of cement. A DAILY REMINDER

I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm. A daily reminder To be yourself, To not care what people think, To know you can be anything. To love yourself, To not hurt yourself, To not work yourself up. This is a daily reminder That you are beautiful, That you can be hardworking  That you are amazing, That you will succeed. To always have hope, To have faith, To know everything will be okay. A daily reminder That you have made it so far already, That you haven't given up, And you are going to be amazing. Don't give up.
