BRACE UP


Episode 1

Folake kept singing with so much passion in the prayer meeting and sweating profusely
She sang “I will burn the world
With the fire of God
There's a fire inside me
That is able to burn the world”

After singing the song twice with so much tears flowing down, she remained still for a while as she picked up her pen as she has received lots of word from God, before she knelt down to pray as the prayer meeting was over. “Lord Jesus, thank you for your word today, thank you for the promises, thank you for your love.
You've been faithful God
From the ages time
That is why your name
Is for ever more...she sings

Oh! Jesus, I love you, you are irreplaceable, you are everything and everything is you. Thank you for revealing yourself to me daily. God, I pray that you would show me more of you and help me to stay with you all the days of my life..Amen!!! As she shared the grace and stood up to greet few people in the church before going home.

Bro kola the prayer cord hurried to meet her. “Hello sis folake, I hope you were blessed in today's prayer meeting” he asked. “Yes, I am totally blessed, thank you sir” She said as she was about to leave.  “I wanted to ask if you would want to join the prayer department” He asked and was smiling.
“mmm..I can't say for now but I would get back to you sir” She replied.
“Hmm, but you can make the decision now” He said.
“No sir, I would love to pray about it sir” She replied.
“Oh.. okay, perfect” he said as he stamerred. It's fine, you can pray about it.
“Thank you sir, so I would love to go home now” She said.
“No problem” he said as he went into the church and she went home.

Sis Ayanfe, the church Music Director and Sis Bolatito, the church sisters cord were discussing when bro Kola announced that all prayer band member should meet for a short meeting and prayer. 
“You better let us go before your brother start calling our name now” Ayanfe said.
“That's true o and you would also have to prepare for tomorrow service with your band members” Bolatito said as they stood up to meet him.

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. Lolz, 2 bags of cement.
