 *ITS NOT A WASTE* 

"Is it all Waste...I don't understand, I have done everything and also followed every instruction. Still I don't see anything like others" Loveth said as she was worried

"See my dear...nothing is a waste in the kingdom. Whatever you sow, you will surely reap. God doesn't forsake his people. He sees everything and He is going to answer everything at the appointed time. You are sowing a seed and it's surely going to germinate soon. Just be patient and keep serving. He sees it all" Sophia said

"Hmmm...but when? I don't want to say but I am getting tired, it's not easy" Loveth said.

Hmmm, my dear sisters..
A lot of people are in this kind of situation but i want to tell you that God sees you going the extra mile.

He sees you working hard, making sacrifices. He sees you fighting that illness, the lonely nights, praising when you could be complaining, giving when you’re not seeing increase.

He sees you praying and following every instruction

But you know what,
You are not forgotten. You’re going to come out of that lonely season, that unfair season, that stagnant season into a season of great joy, great grace, great favor, great health, great relationships, great opportunity, etc.

It's just a matter of time and you’ve passed the test. You’ve proved to God that you can handle the weight of glory and you’re going to see Him. He will surely manifest Himself in your life.

Don't give up
Your labour is not in vain.

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. Lolz, 2 bags of cement. A DAILY REMINDER

I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm. A daily reminder To be yourself, To not care what people think, To know you can be anything. To love yourself, To not hurt yourself, To not work yourself up. This is a daily reminder That you are beautiful, That you can be hardworking  That you are amazing, That you will succeed. To always have hope, To have faith, To know everything will be okay.
