LIGHT


Weeks ago, the bulbs in my room was always giving me problem and it was really annoying because for every bulbs, they only lasted for a day and some two days.

I really needed light and I had to use my lamp for days until a bulb was bought by my dad and it was fixed. Even before I entered my room, I was seeing traces of light at the entrance. I even thought my lamp has been on since morning, only for me to open the day and realised it was the new bulb.

I was amazed because the light was almost shinning to the sitting room entrance with the room door opened. I told my dad that the light was too bright and he said, I was the one complaining about the previous bulb which was offing on its own and now I have found another one that emits brighter light and I am complaining.

He continued and said, the bulb is expensive. Apart from being expensive what I noticed is that the bulb stayed than others bulbs whose light just turns off suddenly.

Hmm...the same way some sisters are...

Don't be a light that shine only for a while and goes off suddenly

Don't be a light that only emits light in a little way.

Bible says, let your light shine so bright to fill the earth. Just like the new bulb emitted brighter light and almost shined to the sitting room.

Enough of being double minded and lack of focus. Some sisters have been doing well but immediately the get what they want or enter into that relationship you know its wrong, etc the light goes off because there is lack of focus and doubts in the mind.

The way to shine and continue to shine your light so bright is to focus and be obedient to God. Don't ever doubt God. Believe Him with the whole of your heart even to the point of death.

Don't be a part-time light shiner. Stay in God's presence, pray and communicate with Him and He shall continue to guide you in the way to go and shine your light brighter so that it can fill the earth.

Also, if at any point you feel you can't rise up again. Pray, study the word and talk to someone if needed.

We are light bearer. We shine light to the world and we must shine bright wherever we get to.

God bless us and continue to be with us...Amen!

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me..
