ONE NIGHT


 *Episode 1* 

The journey began at One Night and also ended at One Night. If you find yourself in any part of the story, know it's for a purpose and learn from it. Stay with as we journey together.

Awelewa strolled into the church as the Sunday school service was going on and she sat on the first sit of the middle row.

Motunrayo, stood up immediately she saw her and went to the back to meet Faith, the mama of the church.

"Mama, did you see that lady that entered now? Motunrayo asked as she taps the table to get her attention

"No, I didn't see anyone and as you can see, I am busy with the assignment pastor gave me. What about her? Faith asked

"Hmmm...mama, I really don't understand what is going on in the church. Lots of people nowadays, are coming to church without the fear of God. Mama.....Mmmm ...Mama....she could not finish her statement as faith interrupted her.

"Sis Motun, please can you go straight to the point. I have to submit this assignment after the end of Sunday school class. So, please ma, let's not waste time. Moreover, it seems like we are indulging in gossip and I don't want to be part of it" Faith said

"Ahn ahn mama, the last statement sounded like an insult. It's not as if I want to waste time o. It's just that I am surprised by the attitude of some of our sisters. So back to what I was saying, mama the dress that lady is wearing, is too revealing with all her shapes and now, she is sitting in front of pressy (Short form of President),  Gen.secretary and Bsc (Bible Study Coordinator).

Mama, if something is not done on time. I think our brothers will be lost in her and the word will be no where to be found" Motun said aggressively

"Hmmm...God is our strength. I will see her after the service and it's obvious she is a new comer. I will attend to that at the end of the service" Faith said

"No mama...Delay is dangerous. Something must be done now, if not our brothers will be carried away. Mama, I have to meet her and tell her to come to the back sit or I will give her one of the decoration clothes" Motun said and left. 

She didn't even wait for Faith response, knowing that she will restrict her from doing what she has in mind.

"Oh No, I pray this lady doesn't cause a scene there" Faith said as she watched her go to meet Awelewa where she sat.

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. Lolz, 2 bags of cement. A DAILY REMINDER

I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm. A daily reminder To be yourself, To not care what people think, To know you can be anything. To love yourself, To not hurt yourself, To not work yourself up.
