ONE NIGHT


Episode 20

"Wow...thank you Jesus. It's Sunday" Ewa said loud as she stood up to wake Arinola who promised to follow her to church.

Funto was praying when Ewa strolled to Arinola's room, only to meet her snoring as she didn't lock her room

"What's going on here? Madam, why are you still sleeping? Ewa asked her as  she tapped her.

"Abeg, why can't I sleep? Leave me o, today is resting day to me" Arinola said as she turned around

"You must be joking. Didn't you say you, you are following me to church. Ogbeni, stand up and let's go o. We have limited time" Ewa said as she tapped her again and Arinola stood up angrily

"Ehn...you better let my going to your church worth it unless, you will pay for it" Arinola said as she stood up

"Babe...the lord will encounter you. You just have to go into His presence with expectations and I pray today you will be set free...Amen" Ewa said

"It's enough...mummy pastor. Can you go now? I need to change and have my bath" Arinola said

"What's doing you self? Are we not both female's? What are you hiding self" Ewa said jokingly

"Hiding what? Me, I am not hiding anything. You can wait o, if you want to see anything. Well by the way, I hope there are cute guys in your church? Arinola asked

"Hmmm...I don't know. You will see for yourself when we get to church" Ewa said

"What is even wrong with you? Should I say you are too proud or too spiritual because I don't know what will take you to answer my question. Admit it, the guys in your church are cute. Moreover, I am going to dress in my own style so, nobody should complain o" Arinola said as Ewa was looking at her

"Whatever you think is the answer is fine but concerning the dressing, please don't dress to kill. Dress presentable and represent yourself and us well...okay" Ewa said

"Arrrrggghhh. Alright mummy pastor. You always win" Arinola said as Ewa laughed and went to her room to get prepared

 *45 minutes later,* 

Ewa knocked on Funto's room as Arinola was ready for the service. Just as they were about to step out. Funto opened the door 

"Where are you ladies going without me? She asked as they all smilled and they proceed to church

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. Lolz, 2 bags of cement. I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm.
