 *ADEBIMPE STORY*

I have tried putting things in order but things aren't just going well. I always strive to be more better than those I look unto but none of my plans seems to work.

I have written down my vision and goals but i fail daily to follow them. Sometimes, the pressure is too much and I find a way to take it off my mind but at the end of the day, I find myself not achieving anything.

I feel alone in this battle and I just wish I have someone to encourage me everyday. Johnson used to be available with his words but now, I only hear from him once in a while.

I need someone to always encourage me to pray.

I need someone to always encourage me to study.

I want to be better than this, what can I do? Moreover, people aren't helping.


Hmmm, To every Bimpe..

The truth is man can always try to encourage you to do something's but cannot be available every time to place you right.

Never give the position of the Holy Spirit to men. If you need someone to fit into that, tell it to the Holy Spirit. Never think it should be a man's job to do that everyday.

Even if He/She is your mentor, you don't expect them to call you everyday to tell your words that will motivate you to pray, study, etc. Without you doing anything about it.

The least they can do, is to some times or days get across to you. You need to stop blaming them for your spiritual life. 


Some will say, it wasn't like this at the beginning when I gave my life to Christ. He/she used to call me almost everyday and talk to me, advice me and so on. Thank God you said at the beginning because even the bible encourage believers who are baby in Christ, to desire to grow more.

Don't sit there everyday waiting for He/she to call you and talk to you before you feel energized to start praying and studying.

What are you doing with the seal God gave you immediately you accepted the life of Christ which is the Holy Spirit. What are you doing with the Holy Spirit? 

Sincerely talk to Him, follow His instruction. Some of His instruction might be waking up in the midnight, retreat, putting something's away, etc and watch Him transform your life.

Don't depend on man to always be there. Men can get busy sometimes and might not be consistent but the Holy Spirit is ever ready to be of Help. Trust Him, Depend on Him, obey Him and walk with Him

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. Lolz, 2 bags of cement. A DAILY REMINDER

I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm. A daily reminder To be yourself, To not care what people think, To know you can be anything. To love yourself, To not hurt yourself, To not work yourself up. This is a daily reminder That you are beautiful, That you can be hardworking  That you are amazing, That you will succeed. To always have hope, To have faith, To know everything will be okay. A daily reminder That you have made it so far already, That you haven't given up, And you are going to be amazing. Don't give up.
