 *BEE'S STORY*

"Hmmm....what exactly was she talking about? Am I smelling? Because I don't understand why she looked at me and told me to clean up. Clean up for what exactly? Bee said as she was roaming round the room.

She looked cranky as she couldn't get any answers to what Diane told her. "I always wear my perfume and I don't still understand why she will say something like that to me. It's so unfair and rude for her to say something like that" Bee said as she looked at herself again.

To every Bee's

The clean up there, most time doesn't mean the outward appearance. What about the inward appearance.

Some lady care so much about their outward appearance and don't care about their inner appearance. Many who claim this and that is bad are only doing Eye-service.

When you get close to some of them, you will realize that they don't actually mean what they say outward. They just say it because they feel it's right and they should just say it.

Clean up Bee's,
You tell someone that wearing trousers, earrings, etc is bad but deeply within you, you want to wear it badly.

Don't just live a mouth and eye-service righteousness. Be a replica of what you teach, say or preach.

Clean up and be sincere with yourself. For how long do you want to please the world with your fake life?

For how long would you stop judging people? 

For how long would you stop living a self righteousness life?

For how long will you keep depriving yourself of the truth?

Clean up,
Don't live by doctrine,
Live by the Word of God and God be with you!

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. Lolz, 2 bags of cement. A DAILY REMINDER

I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm.
