Life is unpredictable...
Don't live on past events or in regret. Never live your life trying to please anyone who isn't your creator. Live your life according to God's standard and plans for you.

Life will push you over, kick you while you're down and even hit you when you try to get back up but remember, not everything can beat you or knock you down. We have victory in Christ Jesus. Things will come to change you but you have to choose which ones you let change you either the good or bad.

Listen to your heart and follow your dreams. Let no one tell you what you're capable of. Push the limits and enjoy every minute of it. Smile all the time and Live for as long as you can. Love all, but trust God.

Believe in yourself and never lose faith in others.
Settle for nothing but only the best and give 100% in everything you do.Take risks, live on the edge yet stay safe and cherish every moment of it.

Life is a gift from God. Appreciate all the rewards and pray and seize opportunities that comes you way because you don't know which one will create a way for you. Not everyone is going to love you. Challenge every obstacles and Fight for what you believe. Forget the unnecessary.

Learn something new and don't give in to criticism for, they are to make you grow strong.
Hate nothing but dislike what you want. Never forget where you came from and always remember where you are going and the daughter of Zion you are. Live life to its fullest and smile always. Be joyful and always find joy in whatever you do. Find your purpose in life and live it!

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm. A daily reminder To be yourself, To not care what people think, To know you can be anything. To love yourself, To not hurt yourself, To not work yourself up.
