ONE NIGHT


Episode 22

"His name is higher, than every other names
His name is Jesus
His name is God/2x

Pastor John sang and the back up singers assisted him in singing.

"Brethren, there is no name greater than His name. Not even the name of your pastor nor sickness, etc. For God has given us a name above other name and the name is Jesus" Pastor John said as the back up singer kept singing solemnly.

Arinola who was pressing her phone before, dropped her phone as she became interested in what the pastor was saying

"Today, I will be teaching on " The Passion of Christ" Do you know how it feels when someone stole a huge amount of money and then, put the blame on another person and a knife was picked in front of the person who stole the money to cut one of the innocent person fingers. Even when the stealer was about to confess, the innocent man stylishly shut him/her and took the blame.

That's the same way Christ did for us. He took all our sins in order to make us and all He seek for, is not to repay Him because we can't even repay Him but His desire is for us to accept Him into our lives so that He can become one with you and I but, it's a pity that some choose to forget and neglect such love.

They refused to accept the word(Jesus) but they sold themselves to the World. Yet, He keeps waiting for the day, they will realize His unfailing love and come back to Him. He is waiting for you to return to Him so that, you can sit beside Him. He doesn't care how dirty you think you are (Sin) but He is waiting to receive you with His hands wide open, not minding if you will stain His garment. 

He is ready to wash, clean and make you whole. If you are here and you fall under this category of people. I have a message for you, Jesus is waiting for you. Think about His love for you? His hands are wide to receive you with a smile on His face. Only in Him, you have eternal life and find purpose. Are you ready to open the door to your heart to receive Him? 

Don't be ashamed as you stand up and walk forward with a sincere heart. He is waiting for you" Pastor John said as the choir sang 

"Lord, I give you my heart.
I give you my soul,
I live for you my God,
Every step that I take,
Every moments am away,
Lord have your way in me...

"Lord Jesus, I accept you into my life as my personal lord and saviour. I surrender my life, my all and my totality to you. Lead me and guide me all the rest of my day...."

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. Lolz, 2 bags of cement. A DAILY REMINDER

I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm. A daily reminder To be yourself, To not care what people think, To know you can be anything. To love yourself, To not hurt yourself, To not work yourself up. This is a daily reminder That you are beautiful, That you can be hardworking  That you are amazing, That you will succeed. To always have hope, To have faith, To know everything will be okay. A daily reminder That you have made it so far already, That you haven't given up, And you are going to be amazing. Don't give up. Keep holding on and believing.  It's a start of a new year and it's too early to feel pressured or insecure God cannot fail you, Be persist in that Job hunt Be persist in trusting God  Be expectant, don't loose guard  Everything will fall in place...
