EPISODE 27

Pastor John assigned bro Theophilus to be in charge of the group and activities of the new converts.

Bro Theophilus went to meet bro Benjamin and asked if they could go home together. Just when they were about to leave, sis Motunrayo appeared in front of them

"Wait, are you both leaving without me? Motunrayo asked

"We have somewhere to go, Maybe another day" Bro Theophilus said as she felt embarrassed and left

"Bro Theophilus, I think you are too harsh on her" Benjamin said

"Well, I don't think so....I just needed space to talk with you and if she is with us, it won't be possible. I will find a way to apologize to her later and she will understand" Theophilus said..

"It's not your fault, it's because she likes you" Benjamin said

"Please, stop saying that again. I told you, it's not what you think. Motun is just a caring lady" Theophilus said

"Okay boss, I hear you" Benjamin said as he smiled

"Well, I saw you today o" Theophilus said as he smiled

"Aren't you seeing me before? Benjamin asked jokingly

"That's not what I mean" Theophilus said

"Then, what do you mean bro? Benjamin asked

"I saw you staring and smiling at Faith. Is she the lady you like? Theophilus asked as Benjamin stopped walking

"What do you mean? Benjamin asked harshly to scare him

"Bro, I understand you but it's not a bad deal. Just admit it. It's not as if, we can't like anyone or is it a sin? Theophilus asked

"Well.....it's not what you think. Well..." Theophilus cut in, "What is well, well... Are you even a man and are you sure, you are going to propose to a lady like this?

"What do you mean? Benjamin asked

"See, you can't admit that you like a lady. So, how are you going to propose, not to talk about even talking to her. All you know is Word. Well done Mr Word....I hope you know, you aren't going to propose to the Word. That's why many ladies think believers are too spiritual. Let's learn to be bold and confident about who we like and not trying to form spirituality" Theophilus said

"Hmmm...thank you sir" Benjamin said

"So, I will ask again. Do you like sis faith? Theophilus asked

"Yes I do" Benjamin said as he was shy

"Yes...that's the spirit bro. We got to be bold. Nobody will beat you. It's only like I asked o. What if i now ask about love, you will quote scripture o" Theophilus said as they were laughing.

Then Benjamin phone beeped and it was his alarm

"Pastor, I need to go. We will talk later" He said 

"Man of God... O ye mi (I understand)" Theophilus said and they both shook each other and dismissed

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. Lolz, 2 bags of cement.
