I don't know if there's also anyone here
Who feel Helpless
Hopeless
Lifeless

Yes,
I have been living around this circle.
I thought my life will improve but, 
Nothing has changed
Everything still seems to be the same
I can't find my bearing anymore

The world has changed,
Nobody seems to care
You just have to bear it alone
A lot of fake pretense
A lot of people act like they care
The truth is, I am alone
Living Hopeless
I am tired because,
I am at a point where I can go for anything

Dear Emma,
This is for you all
Who hide/living in the dark,
For those who feel hopeless,
For those with a broken heart.

This is for every child 
Who is trying to flee from their fears,
For those who cry themselves to sleep,
For those who drown in their tears.

This is for people who hide their scars
I want to remind each of you
There is a reason you're alive.

You are here for a purpose;
You are needed 
You are special, you are beautiful.
It doesn't matter what size, gender, or race.

You are perfect just the way you are.
You are priceless, a wonderful creature 
You are dearly treasured by God if not all.
There is no one more important than you and none can be you.

I am not asking you to get used to the pain but,
Embrace yourself
Only then, you can embrace your Creator
Develop a relationship with Him,
Even if others doesn't care
He cares for you

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. Lolz, 2 bags of cement. I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm. A daily reminder To be yourself, To not care what people think, To know you can be anything. To love yourself, To not hurt yourself, To not work yourself up. This is a daily reminder That you are beautiful, That you can be hardworking  That you are amazing, That you will succeed. To always have hope, To have faith, To know everything will be okay.
