 DAY 30


 *Colossians 1:10*

AMP:That you may walk (live and conduct yourselves) in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him and desiring to please Him in all things, bearing fruit in every good work and steadily growing and increasing in and by the knowledge of God [with fuller, deeper, and clearer insight, acquaintance, and recognition].


We are going to be praying from 5 things mentioned in the Bible verse.


“ *so that you may live a life* *worthy of the Lord”* 


Jesus, help me to have a pleasant manner and to build good relationships with my family, neighbours, brothers and sisters in Christ, boss and work colleagues. May others see Jesus in me.


“ *so that you may… please* *[the Lord] in every way”* 


Help me to walk with the Spirit. May the Holy Spirit influence and mould my thoughts, words and actions. May my behaviour bring honour and glory to you.


 *“bearing fruit”* 


Lord help me to cultivate the different qualities of the fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness and self-control. Place along my path people who seek you. Give me simplicity, the right words and the courage to witness.


 *“in every good work”* 


Give me compassion for others. Give me a generous heart, the patience to listen and the humility to serve.


 *“growing in the knowledge of God”* 


Help me Jesus to take quality time to get to know you better, Lord. Through my reading, meditation and study of your Word, through prayer, may i acquire knowledge of you, your attributes and your interventions. May knowing you better be a priority and source of progress and spiritual stability for me.


AMEN!

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. Lolz, 2 bags of cement. A DAILY REMINDER

I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm. A daily reminder To be yourself, To not care what people think, To know you can be anything. To love yourself, To not hurt yourself, To not work yourself up. This is a daily reminder That you are beautiful, That you can be hardworking  That you are amazing, That you will succeed. To always have hope, To have faith, To know everything will be okay. A daily reminder That you have made it so far already, That you haven't given up, And you are going to be amazing. Don't give up.
