DEAR TEENS

"I wish I can explain something's but,
How do I explain it when I don't even understand
There are something's I wish to do,
Places I need to go,
Thing's I'm dealing with,
Pressure I'm passing through and lot more.." Janel said

"I see the pain in your eyes and feeling like you do.
I wish I could take it all away and skip these years for you"Ada said 

"Being a teen is so very hard, it really isn't fair
To go through all of this and still feel like no one is there" Janel said

"You don't have to tell me how you feel, I see it every day,
Like nothing you ever do is good enough, or you're just in the way.
If you could see through my eyes, how confident and true
You becoming a young woman, but still somewhat a youth.
I can't make this feeling go away, I can't fix all of your tears,
But I can tell you that I know the feelings and the fears.

If you ask me how I know all that you are going through,
I will answer simply, I know this all because... I have been there too" Ada said

Those years seems to be exciting yet,
Mood swings, etc, can step in
Don't just force decision on them,
Explain the reason for every actions,
Because every teens will transition into youths and if there's no proper upbringing during their teens year,
It can change their youthful ways

Pay attention to every Teens in your community and be of help. Morally, financially, etc

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. Lolz, 2 bags of cement. I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm. A daily reminder To be yourself, To not care what people think, To know you can be anything. To love yourself, To not hurt yourself, To not work yourself up. This is a daily reminder That you are beautiful, That you can be hardworking  That you are amazing, That you will succeed. To always have hope, To have faith, To know everything will be okay.
