DON'T JOIN THE CROWD



We don't know the truth anymore because,
Everyone is trying to say something,
Either in the right way or not?

It's amazing how you can do well for someone and,
You will end up getting betrayed by gossiping about you,
People you trust can be the one,
Carrying rumors about you to someone else,
Just to make jest of you
Don't depend on people,
Don't listen to the rumors,
Don't join the crowd to make jest of people or,
Carry rumors you don't know about.

It has become the habit of some ladies,
To ruin the life of others by carrying fake rumors to people closer to the victim just to ruin the relationship 
If you are in this stage you need to stop,
Get serious with yourself and other things,
There's no gain in mocking someone based on what you heard even if you confirmed it or not 
It has not difference 

Live your life and free yourself from every gossip,
You don't have to talk about someone to be noticed
There are better ways to gain attention but not through gossiping
There are people that carry Grace,
You don't know how that can implicate you in your affairs
You might think it's just mere words you laughed about and you end up finding yourself in tough situations you didn't plan for

Be intentional about stopping and blocking every rumours
Even when you are at the spot where it's been shared,
Ignore and don't say any words
So that at the end of it all you don't end up being the next VICTIM

Invest that time,
In doing something good with yourself,
Don't waste time on irrelevant things

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm. A daily reminder To be yourself, To not care what people think, To know you can be anything. To love yourself, To not hurt yourself, To not work yourself up. This is a daily reminder That you are beautiful, That you can be hardworking  That you are amazing, That you will succeed. To always have hope, To have faith, To know everything will be okay.
