DAY 41


For we shall not get tired of praying. Prayer builds us up and help us grow


The Bible has instructed us to pray without ceasing. So if you have not being following the sister's pray. It's not to late to join.

AMP:Who is like the Lord our God, Who has His seat on high,

AMP:Who humbles Himself to regard the heavens and the earth!

AMP:[The Lord] raises the poor out of the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap and the dung hill,

AMP:That He may seat them with princes, even with the princes of His people.

AMP:He makes the barren woman to be a homemaker and a joyful mother of [spiritual] children. Praise the Lord! (Hallelujah!)

AMP:You who [reverently] fear the Lord, trust in and lean on the Lord! He is their Help and their Shield.

AMP:He will bless those who reverently and worshipfully fear the Lord, both small and great.


The lord knows your needs and He is ready to help you but you have to trust and lean on Him. Don't relent in prayers, worship, etc because the lord has not answered you. Don't manage God. Own Him and sincerely love Him. God will surely attends to you but what is your attitude to Him?


God is our help and I pray the lord locate your needs in Jesus name...


May the Lord give you increase more and more, you and your children in Jesus name...


May you be blessed of the Lord, Who made heaven and earth in Jesus name...


AMEN!


Keep trusting and believing Him. Your help has come!

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. Lolz, 2 bags of cement. A DAILY REMINDER

I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm. A daily reminder To be yourself, To not care what people think, To know you can be anything. To love yourself, To not hurt yourself, To not work yourself up. This is a daily reminder That you are beautiful, That you can be hardworking  That you are amazing, That you will succeed. To always have hope, To have faith, To know everything will be okay.
