*THE CALL*
*Episode 10*
Mr Abu realized, he had a wide and deep cut on his head as he could see blood flowing, which could have affected his brain.
"Jesus" Kunle said as Kikelomo kept crying.
We have to take them to the hospital Mr Abu said to the people and they carried them into Mr Abus bus.
"My people biko, I no fit go with you. I have to look for the bio data note, to get Mr Alabi details” he said as one of them, volunteered to drive.
The others left and he thanked them.
He released the key and went to search his friend's bus. He searched and searched, but he couldn't find the book. He didn't give up; he kept searching till he found it. He looked into Mr Alabi's details, since his friend and Mr Alabi were the only survivors.
"Thank God, he dropped his wife number" he said as Mr Alabi identified in the note.
He picked his phone to dial her number.
Mrs Alabi could not sleep; she was waiting patiently for him to call. She was bothered and tried calling him, but he was not picking up.
"Did something happened" she thought as the vibration of her phone brought her back from her wonder land. She picked up her phone to check the caller. It was an unknown number but she answered the call.
"Hello" Mr Abu said.
"Hello, please who am I speaking with? She asked.
"This is Abu, calling from Ile-ife" He said.
"Excuse me, I don't know anyone from Ile.....He didn't wait for her to complete her statement, as he said "Abeg, must you know everybody ehn, listen first. Are you Mrs Alabi? He asked.
"Yes" She quickly replied as if something was burning her.
"Okay, I called to inform you that Mr Alabi...
"What happened to him? She interrupted as she stood up from the bed. Mr Abu was scared to tell her as he could feel the tension from her voice.
" Please, speak to me" Mrs Alabi begged.
"Okay ma, he was involved in a motor accident" He said.
"Yee...She screamed and asked Is he alive? Where is he? How did it happen? Mr Abu was about to reply, when his phone went off.
"Kai, this phone ehn. Chai na embarrassment o. Even God know say, I don tire and I need a new one. No be say e low o" He said, as he was hitting and fixing the battery.
After many trials to turn on the phone that refused to on, he dropped the phone in his pocket and he took a bike to the hospital. It was only one hospital that was available, so it was easy to locate.
He entered into the hospital and was walking straight to the reception, when he heard his name. He stopped and looked left and right, but he couldn't find the person. As he was about to take a step, he had heard his name again. The voice sound familiar, he looked back and he saw someone waving and jumping.
"Who is this again? He thought as he moved closer.
“Ohhhh, I don't know you are the one. What did the doctor say? He asked.
"Hmmmm, we don't know yet o" Mr Apata said, he was the man who drove Mr Alabi and his friend to the hospital.
"It is well, we will wait to hear the doctor's report" Mr Abu said, as they walked towards the chair to sit.
Mrs Alabi was on her kneels praying
"Lord Jesus, your word says in *Psalm 91:-* he that dwelleth in the secret place of the most high shall abide under the shadow of the almighty. Lord, you are the almighty God and my family dwells in the secret place of the most high. Lord, I put my husband under the covering of your shadow in the name of Jesus..
Also, *Psalm 121* says: - My help cometh from the Lord. Lord, I believe and I know my help cometh from you. Lord, let your mercy speak for my husband in Jesus name. Your word says, we are sons and daughters of the Most high and we have authority.
Lord I speak with authority that every evil forces or plans, against my husband, shall not come to pass. We are children of light and wherever we step into, there must be light. Lord, let your light shine over my husband, and brood every darkness surrounding him in Jesus name" She continued praying fervently.
Stay with me as we journey together
