*EBUBE'S STORY*
Ebube grew up in a home which stole her identity about family. Her family from her description, is the perfect definition of seasonal movies where there are moments of peace and another moment of arguments and beatings.
Ebube witnessed this for 23 years, right from a tender age. Apart from the sound of arguments and beatings, a lot of things stole her identity about home. No affection from both parents, et al.
She began to hate the definition of home. Her mentality about home was affected and she always say "Nobody understands". Now, she is at the verge of staying single because she is scared she might end up living like her parents mistake.
Hmm..To every Ebube out there, never allow the mistake of your parents define you. Just because your parents made a mistake in some aspects of their lives, doesn't mean you should or you will do the same.
Don't be depressed, instead you should learn from their mistake.
Just like Ebube saying "Nobody understands". Well, I do.
I understand how you feel when you couldn't get the fatherly and motherly love you expected.
I understand how you feel in that polygamous home. A home full of competition, hatred, jealousy, etc
I understand how you feel, when you wake up at the sound of the parents, shouting and beatings each other.
I understand how you feel when you needed your parents but they were too busy with work....
Most of it all, God understands and sees it all.
You have to be determined, tell yourself you need to break out because you are unlimited. You are not limited by your parents mistakes.
Never allow their mistakes distract you. You are born into that family for a reason. Don't give up on yourself.
Also, keep praying for them and tell yourself, I can do it. It's might not be easy, but you have to be determined to give it whatever it takes.
Say to yourself, *I won't allow the mistake of my parents stop me from winning*
I believe someone has learnt something from my diary today.
God bless you!
I love you!
