MY CONCLUSION NOTE


Dear readers, I know you have learnt one or two things from every episode.

To every mother, it is not just enough to train your children with materialistic things. How often do you pray with/ for them? It's not just praying once in a while. How well do you know your children? Do you spend time with them? Do you share their pains together? Are you sensitive to them, not just their needs? Mothers are blessing to their children, you are the first person they know at birth, before their fathers. You should help them build their foundation and not destroy their foundation. You have the greatest impacts in their lives. I believe we all learnt from Mrs Alabi mistakes.

To every father, God has given you the responsibility of being the head; do not misuse that opportunity by battering your wives. Both of you have your roles in the family; to you have been given the ministry of the head. Also to her, have been given the ministry of a helpmate not a beat mate. The two of you are joined together as one and not two anymore. Only if you begin to see yourself in her, you would accept her faults and correct her. Also, let's be a father that our children would always want to pray for as husband. A lot of children cannot boldly raise their hands, to say they want to marry someone like their father. Its very rare, let's be the best father they can always call on, anytime and every time. Speak positive words to them, do not curse them!

To the children, you are a divine gift to your parents. Whenever things are not going right, find a way to talk to them and if they are always busy, keep trying till you finally have their attention. That was one of the mistakes Tolani made. Never allow the situation you are going through limit you. You can see from Tolani's experience, it was as if she was made to bear the problems of her family but she learnt from it and it made her strong.

Yours might be greater, lesser or you share the same experience. Do not be depressed, speak out if necessary and pray to God. Your little and sincere prayers can go a long way.

Do not give up soon, God would not leave or forsake you to bear them alone. Sometimes, what you think is your greatest problem, is lesser, compared to another person. Everyone knows what he/ she are facing in their family. Don't be too quick to give up on yours, if Tolani could pray for the salvation of her siblings and her parents.

Adults, youths, teenagers and children, do not give up on prayers. It might take years before you see the results but do not ever give up on prayers! If you have not accepted the life of Christ, it’s never too late to accept now. To scale through the storms of life, you need Jesus. Let him be the foundation of your life.

The moment Tolani had an encounter with God and everything about her changed. The challenges, addictions, struggles, pain she was passing through, she overcome through the Help of the Holy Spirit and self-determination.

The Holy Spirit is the spirit of God and to every being who accepted the life of Christ, accepted his spirit which is the HOLY SPIRIT and he is there to guide us, comfort us, our helper and he is there to lead us right. [John 16 vs. 7-14], which talks about the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is what differentiates us from the world and it's an evidence of being in Christ. You need Christ, its only in Christ and through Christ we are overcomers. For everyone that want to give their life to Christ or you want to rededicate your life to Christ, you can say this confession with all sincerity of your heart

"Lord I lay down my life and accept your life. I surrender myself to you lord and every aspects of me. Help me lord to live with you and in you all the days of my life. I yield my mind, soul, spirit and body to you. Take over everything Lord"                                                                           

Thank you, Jesus. God bless you as you continually yield your heart to him and he shall work in and out of you. Your life shall be a testimony to his works and you shall stand as witness to his truth and kingdom..AMEN!!!

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg. A DAILY REMINDER

I know you are going through all shades of different phase, I know you are thinking of what next, I know the hardship is tough and you feel your strength is failing but, This is a reminder To relax, To not get angry over small things, To stay calm. A daily reminder To be yourself, To not care what people think, To know you can be anything. To love yourself, To not hurt yourself, To not work yourself up. This is a daily reminder That you are beautiful, That you can be hardworking  That you are amazing, That you will succeed. To always have hope, To have faith, To know everything will be okay. A daily reminder That you have made it so far already, That you haven't given up, And you are going to be amazing. Don't give up.
