THE KING'S DELIGHT


Part 12

Arìké father did everything he had to do and went to the palace. At least, he now has a business in the palace since his daughter is the Queen. Arìké wished she could tell the king that he is her father because she wasn't happy, seeing him sitting at the King's gate every time with the guards.

One day, he was sitting at the King's gate as usual; when he heard two of the King's officers plan to kill the king. He quickly found a way, to tell Arìké. Arìké told the king about what she heard, using her Father's name (Sean).

The king had it investigated and when he found out that it was true, he hanged the two officers. Her father was happy that he was able to save the king, but he still believed there are more people.

In the evening, there was an inauguration in the palace, as the king elevated some people. Hassan, one of the King's servant was giving a seat of honor, above all the Prince because he pleased the king.

After the inauguration, he came out as the entire King servants at the gate bowed and honored him but Arìké father did not bow nor honored him. Immediately, the King's servant who were at the gate, asked why he didn't honor him after the commandment of the King and he said "I am from Zion and we only bow to the king"

The king servant went to Hassan to overlook his actions but Hassan vowed to deal with him and since he knew where he came from, he decided to destroy everyone related to him in the village.

Arìké father went home for it was almost time for the Bible study. Adigun and his friends didn't miss the Bible study as they were getting transformed every day. Sometimes, they stayed back with her father as they assisted him and shared the word together 

The next day, Hassan went to the king and told him that certain people are disobeying the law, and are about to scatter the kingdom. Therefore, he needed the king to allow him destroy them and he will also pay some money to the king treasuries. 

The king told him to keep the money and do as he pleased with the people who violated the law. Hassan was happy, as he sent letter through the King's messengers with the seal of the king to kill all old, young, little children, men and women related with Arìké father (Sean). Everyone in the village was confused, as Arìké people ran to meet her father in the house.

It happened that he wasn't aware of Hassan's plan until the people came. When they told him everything, he was pained as he tore his cloth and went inside to put on sack cloth with ashes and went into the midst of the village, and cried loud till he got to the King's gate. Everyone who saw him pitied him and some said "I hope this isn't the end of him and his people".

Another person said "Arìké is supposed to help her people, since she is now the Queen"

THE JOURNEY

Last 2 year, I started a journey on my health and I'm grateful. Even though I wasn't consistent especially after the coaching session but I had to strive to ensure the journey continues even though I fall, I still get myself back  Imagine being a lover of heels and you can't wear it for too long Having to sweat profusely, Having knee ache pains, Sewing new dresses because you can't wear your favorite dress Imagine lot's more because of weight gain, That was me.. Before you go further and think it's only food that cause weight gain.  Mine wasn't, I could say it was stay at home, free hands and no stress kind of reason (I don't know how best to put it) I know I'm not a slim person but I was already weighing 110kg.
